B2B SAAS – FIELD SALES LEAD PAN INDIA

As a B2B SaaS Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base of ScrapEco. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, understand their unique business needs, and articulate how our SaaS solution (scrapeco.in portal) can address those needs effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients in the B2B industrial sector within the pan India region. Utilize various methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and participation in industry events, to generate leads and cultivate a robust sales pipeline.
  • Field Selling: Gain a deep understanding of the unique needs and pain points of prospective clients in the end-to-end scrap industry. Conduct thorough needs assessments and present ScrapEco solutions that address their specific challenges. Visit prospective client (manufacturing) sites and make the pitch to sell.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an in-depth knowledge of ScrapEco marketplace solutions and stay up to date with industry trends. Effectively communicate the platform’s value proposition and competitive advantage to potential clients. 
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations. Position yourself as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. 
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of ScrapEco marketplace. Address questions and objections to facilitate informed decision-making. 
  • Negotiation and Closure: Collaborate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Skillfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service-level agreements to ensure successful deal closures. 
  • Post-Sales Support: Work closely with our customer success and implementation teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. 
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software. Provide regular reports and updates to sales management. 

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of sales experience is ideal
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience in working in a tech startup a plus
  • Proven track record of success in B2B SAAS sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector. 
  • Outstanding presenting, negotiating, and communication abilities.
  • Capable of working independently, results-driven, and self-motivated.
  • Capacity to establish and preserve connections with influential decision-makers.
  • Target-oriented and able to hit and beyond sales goals.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
